Speed Training

Speed Training will include fast twitch explosive workouts comprised of short and long-distance sprints, altitude/rebound training, sprinting form, and isometrics. Key areas of focus will be hamstring muscles and lateral dorsi in order to improve speed and technique. This type of training is a way to enhance the way you already run by focusing on parts of the body that give you more range of power to burst into space.

 

Westside Metros FC Players

Single player - $70 per hour

Two players training together in single session - $60 each per hour

Three players training together in a single session - $50 each per hour

Four players training together in a single session - $45 each per hour

Maximum of 4 players per training session

Non-Westside Metros FC Players

Single player - $80 per hour

Maximum 1 player per session
